EMT, MICN and Paramedic Application Fee Changes – effective March 1, 2021

IMPORTANT NOTICE for EMTs:

Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) is NOT recognized in Los Angeles County 

Submit your complete EMT application to the EMS Agency in person to the drop box next to our reception door during normal business hours or by mail. Click HERE to Pay Online

The EMS Agency is unable to provide same-day-service for EMT certification or recertification. Your EMT card will be mailed to you within 21 days of receiving a complete application.

EMT Recertification

In order to prevent a lapse in EMT certification, submit your recertification application at least 30 days prior to the expiration date.
