We offer quality, patient-centered care through our integrated network of clinics and hospitals. The first step is to get connected to a primary care provider in a “medical home”.

We offer general adult, pediatric and family medicine medical homes as well as specialized medical homes for older adults and patients with certain medical conditions like Positive Care/HIV or disabilities.

Health care services are available to uninsured LA County residents regardless of a patient’s ability to pay and to those enrolled in Medicare, Medi-Cal (Medicaid), or the Children’s Health Insurance Program. For more about coverage options, click here.
