Thank you for trusting us with your care. Rest assured: your health and well-being is our top priority. Our staff and health care teams are dedicated to making sure that you and your family are safe, involved, respected and cared for.

Interpretation services, including sign language, are available anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Translation services for written documents are also available.  You have the right to language access services for all your health care matters.  Services are provided at no cost.

We provide:

Free aids and services to people with disabilities to help them communicate better, such as:

  • Qualified sign language interpreters
  • Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)

Free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:

  • Qualified interpreters
  • Information written in other languages

Our services will be provided in your preferred language at no cost.  You can let our staff know you would like language assistance at any time.  For TTY, call 711 (Telecommunications Relay Service).
