Welcome to Bell Health Center. Our Health Center is part of the Health Services Ambulatory Care Network South Los Angeles Health Center Group.

Bell Health Center provides compassionate, high-quality service to patients in the Southeast Los Angeles cities and neighborhoods—Bell, Huntington Park, Cudahy, Bell Gardens, Maywood, and more (Map). We provide care in a safe, accessible, and patient-centered clinic.  We have a team of dedicated doctors, nurses, and other staff who work together to support the health and wellness of our patients.  We offer primary care and laboratory services to adults on-site.  There are nearby in-network pharmacy and radiology services.  Our patients also have access to all of the services available through the Los Angeles County Health Services network of clinics and hospitals—inpatient care, specialty services like cardiology, physical therapy, dermatology, optometry, orthopedic surgery, and more.
