The Edward R. Roybal Comprehensive Health Center provides high quality primary care services to adult and pediatric patients in the East Los Angeles and surrounding communities. The center delivers outpatient, primary, and specialty care by patient-center teams of bilingual and community-oriented health professionals who are highly-skilled at delivering comprehensive and coordinated health care. Services are delivered in a safe environment.

Edward R. Roybal Comprehensive Health Center is known as “La Clínica de Colores” for its beautiful exterior of brilliant rainbow colors wrapping around the facility. The Edward R. Roybal Comprehensive Health Center was built in December 1979 to provide community-based primary and specialty care in East Los Angeles.  It was named after Edward R. Roybal, a long-time public servant who represented the 9th district on the Los Angeles City Council and served in the United States House of Representatives. We are located south of the Pomona Freeway in East Los Angeles Map.

Parking
Patient parking is accessible through Civic Center Way in the parking structure. Accessible parking is available.
