Community Partners,

National Hispanic Heritage Month presents an opportunity to celebrate the culture, history and contributions of Latinos throughout our country. The vast majority of our My Health LA participants – and many of our staff here and at the community clinics — are Latino and we appreciate every single one and the hard work they do every day. A heartfelt thank you.

With just a few more months left in the program, we will have a flurry of announcements, reminders and information to pass along to you all. The outcomes of the enrollment incentive program will be coming out soon, and we just issued the provider bulletin about the specialty care transition. Please save the date for the webinar on October 26 at 11 a.m., when you will hear updates on all the final business of the program and have a chance to ask questions of our staff as well as of Ventegra (pharmacy), DHS’s specialty care director, AIA (claims) and more.

Finally, with flu season upon us, please make sure My Health LA participants are getting their flu shots! We want everyone healthy as we move toward winter.

Best, Anna Gorman
