Antelope Valley Health Center (AVHC), located in east Lancaster, provides primary care services for adults and children. At the site, the Department of Public Health provides immunizations, communicable disease triage and clinics for the screening and treatment of Tuberculosis and Sexually Transmitted Diseases. AVHC is conveniently located in close proximity to other County services, including the Department of Mental Health and the Department of Public Social Services (DPSS).

AVHC provides high quality primary care services to patients in Antelope Valley area of north Los Angeles County, including the cities of Lancaster and Palmdale and the surrounding communities. Services are delivered in a safe, patient-centered environment.

AVHC is part of High Desert Health System, a group of five clinics in the Antelope Valley area run by the Health Services (Health Services) Ambulatory Care Network.

AVHC provides primary care for adults and children. Through its patient-centered medical home model, patients are seen by the same team of healthcare professionals to support your health and wellness needs.

Your Medical Home is part of a larger network of hospitals, emergency departments, urgent care centers, behavioral health providers, and specialists in Los Angeles County. Your Medical Home Team will help coordinate your care across multiple settings, within and outside your Medical Home location.
