MHLA was a no cost health coverage program for uninsured, low-income individuals in LA County.

On January 1, 2024, the State of California expanded Medi-Cal to all individuals regardless of immigration status and the My Health LA program ended on January 31, 2024.

You may be eligible for Full-Scope Medi-Cal.

For more information on eligibility and how to enroll in Medi-Cal, please contact your medical home clinic. You can also apply for benefits today in English or Spanish.
