Patient Advocacy Office
The Patient Advocacy Office investigates complaints and grievances from patients, visitors, staff, and the public.
The Patient Advocate serves a vital function by providing patients an opportunity to have their voices heard. The office works closely with each department, sharing positive feedback and areas for improvement to hospital leadership.
The Patient Advocacy office also serves as a liaison with the community to identify and develop resources to help bridge the gap for our patients. Referrals are made to social welfare programs and community resources.
