MIST

The MIST program diverts individuals facing misdemeanor charges, who are found incompetent to stand trial, out of jail and into community-based settings, where they receive housing and clinical care. The community-based settings, ranging from acute inpatient to open residential placements, are tailored to meet clients’ needs and clinical acuity.
