Star Clinic

Welcome to Star Clinic. We are a community health center in the middle of Skid Row. We focus on caring for people who are unhoused or have been unhoused. We know many patients have been through hard experiences and we work to give care that is kind, respectful and trauma-informed.

We make it easy to get help for your medical or mental health needs. We see people who live in temporary or permanent housing, people returning to the community after time in custody and people recently discharged from an LA Health Services hospital. We are glad to care for you as part of LA Health Services.

You can get many types of care in one place, including checkups, urgent care, mental health care, testing, and specialty clinics. If you need care we do not provide here, we will help you get it at another LA Health Services clinic or hospital.

We believe in treating every person with kindness and respect. Across LA Health Services, more than 1,000 doctors at over 20 clinics and 4 hospitals work together to support your health. Our teams bring experience, compassion and careful attention to every visit, so you can feel comfortable and confident in your care.
