Welcome to the H. Claude Hudson Comprehensive Health Center (Hudson CHC), your comprehensive health center serving the South Los Angeles community and surrounding areas. For over four decades, Hudson CHC has maintained a deep commitment to advancing the health and well-being of the patients, families, and communities we serve. Named in honor of H. Claude Hudson, a civil rights pioneer, physician, community leader, and advocate for health equity, we carry forward his legacy through compassionate, accessible care. We offer a wide range of onsite services, including primary care, urgent care, behavioral health, diagnostic services, and many specialty clinics.

Major holidays (like Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day) until 4:30 p.m. and minor holidays until 8 p.m.

Same-day urgent care appointments are given in person on a first-come, first-serve basis. We regret that there are only a limited number of appointments each day. Please bring copies of your photo ID and your current medications.
Self-scheduling for urgent care, prenatal intake, and the flu express clinics are available through the LA Health Portal.
