Information about your bill:
Long Beach Comprehensive Health Center providers are part of the LA Care and HealthNet Medi-Cal Health Plans.
If you are uninsured, an L.A. County resident, and meet certain requirements, you may be able to qualify for Medi-Cal or one of our low-cost health programs. The Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) will conduct a financial screening and will provide you with options. DPSS can be contacted at: https://dpss.lacounty.gov/ or (866) 613-3777.
To apply for an L.A. County-sponsored, low-cost health program, please note that you will be asked for copies of your recent income, a government-issued photo ID, address verification and other documentation as needed. If you have a share-of-cost or have an outstanding balance on your bill, you can make in-person payments at the cashier, pay with credit card over the phone, or mail in your payment to the Billing Office. The cashier is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. We accept cash, check and major credit cards in person at the Cashier.
