In following with the amazing success of a recent incentive program, My Health LA is planning an incentive program in preparation for the anticipated final stage of the Medi-Cal expansion. This incentive program will follow a similar outline as its predecessor and center on MHLA participant outreach/engagement to encourage MHLA participant enrollment into restricted Medi-Cal.

MHLA will be notifying our Community Partners once the incentive program details are finalized and ready to rollout. At the same time, we will begin an information campaign via flyers and direct messaging to participant via mailing, robocalls, and text messaging to encourage participants to enroll in restrictive Medi-Cal.

Please continue to encourage and assist every MHLA participant to enroll in restricted Medi-Cal by January 2024. Thank you!
