The Monthly Enrollment Report found on the MHLA website shows how many MHLA participants are assigned to each Community Partner. It can answer these questions for each medical home:
- What are the enrollment numbers for each month?
- How has the enrollment numbers changed from the previous month?
- How has the enrollment numbers changed from the previous year?
- How many renewals were completed for the month?
This information is listed alphabetically by Community Partner. Each report contains a monthly snapshot of each medical home’s enrollment levels with comparison number for the previous month and the year before. Since the Older Adult Full-Scope Medi-Cal Expansion Plan took effect on May 1, 2022, MHLA coverage will end on the last day of the month that participants turn age 50. Community Partners can see the impact this expansion has on their monthly enrollment numbers.
