The Care Harbor event was held on March 4-6 in Los Angeles. The annual event provides free medical, dental and vision services to those in need.  Thank you to MHLA Community Partners who participated to assist individuals in signing up for coverage and returning to care. We also want to thank MHLA’s own Roy Barker, Jr. and Frankie Mays for attending on site to provide information the MHLA program and staying safe from COVID.

Roy said the event was a great success and he was glad to represent MHLA.

“All of the providers and volunteers that I came in contact with were very helpful and informative about the services that they were providing,” he said. “We were able to network with organizations that come in contact with individuals that would benefit from MHLA coverage, and we exchanged information and contact numbers.”
