In honor of Juneteenth, we spoke with three participants in the EDIA Initiative. We spoke with Tiffany Freeman, PA (she/her); Bobby Grace Jr. (he/him); and Michael Owens, MD, MPH (he/him) and discover what has changed for Black workforce and patients in the last year, the role celebration plays in systems change, and how the Black Affinity Group can continue to help DHS become more equitable and inclusive for workforce and patients. - EDIA Council reconvenes to incorporate feedback from the listening sessions into a final version of the EDIA Strategic Plan
