Regulatory Compliance
This Division addresses and assist facilities’ compliance with regulatory issues under the Joint Commission (JC) Human Resources Standards, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements, and Title 22 and all Regulatory Accreditation Agencies requirements during accreditation surveys. This Division also develops Work Plans for the Department and assist with Allied Health Competency Assessments. The Informatics’ section reviews and monitors all performance evaluations, job descriptions, as well as performs primary source verification of licenses, registrations, permits and certifications. The Audit Team monitors compliance with the JC standards through personnel/area file audit evidence of documentation.
