Wilmington Health Center providers are part of the LA Care and HealthNet Medi-Cal Health Plans. Please note that we cannot accept other managed care plans or medical home assignments that are not assigned to one of our providers. To make changes to your managed care assignments, please contact:

If you are uninsured, an L.A. County resident, and meet certain requirements, you may be able to qualify for Medi-Cal or one of our low-cost health programs. The Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) will conduct a financial screening and will provide you with options. To apply for an L.A. County-sponsored, low-cost health program, please note that you will be asked for copies of your recent income, a government-issued photo ID, address verification and other documentation as needed. If you have a share-of-cost or have an outstanding balance on your bill, you can make in-person payments at the cashier or mail in your payment to the Billing Office. The cashier is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. We accept cash, check and major credit cards in person at the Cashier.
