LA Health Services is committed to helping our patients get coverage through Medi-Cal or providing financial assistance to patients through our Financial Assistance Programs (FAPs). For LA County residents, our Financial Assistance Program is called, the “Ability to Pay Program” or “ATP”. It is no cost (free) for patients with income at or under 200% Federal Poverty Level (FPL) and a reduced cost, sliding scale for those over 200% FPL, these amounts can be found here. Our Patient Financial Services staff are available to help you apply, answer your questions or assist you with paying your bill. Most locations are open Monday through Friday between 8:00am – 4:00pm:
