South Valley Health Center (SVHC) is in east Palmdale. SVHC provides outpatient primary care, urgent care, and specialty services, delivered by teams of skilled health care professionals, dedicated to meeting the needs of patients.

SVHC is part of High Desert Health Center Group, a group of five clinics in the Antelope Valley area under the Health Services’ Ambulatory Care Network.

SVHC provides high quality outpatient health care to patients in the Antelope Valley area of north Los Angeles County, including the cities of Lancaster and Palmdale and the surrounding communities. Services are delivered in a safe, patient-centered environment.

SVHC provides primary care for adults and children. Through its patient-centered medical home model, patients are seen by the same team of healthcare professionals to support your health and wellness needs. Urgent Care, laboratory and x-ray services are also available at SVHC.

Your Medical Home is part of a larger network of hospitals, emergency departments, urgent care centers, behavioral health providers, and specialists in Los Angeles County. Your Medical Home Team will help coordinate your care across multiple settings, within and outside your Medical Home location.
