Primary care services at South Valley Health Center (SVHC) include care for adults and children. Primary Care services are provided through the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model where your medical home team coordinates your care regardless of the setting. SVHC also provides laboratory and x-ray services. Urgent Care services are available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. seven days per week. Please note, there may be times when South Valley Urgent Care will not have Pediatric coverage from 6:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. and may not have the capacity to get immediate imaging studies on site (especially during weekends and holidays).

On the recommendation of your primary care provider, you may be referred to a specialist, such as a cardiologist, urologist or dermatologist, for treatment when you have a more complex medical condition. For example, if you have a complex heart condition, you might be referred to a cardiologist. Some specialists are located outside the Antelope Valley. These specialists work with your primary care provider to manage your care and make sure you get the treatment you need. SVHC also provides laboratory and x-ray services.
