Follow these steps to keep everyone safe:

• • Roll up your sleeve – get your yearly flu shot
  • Mask up – wear a mask to cover your nose and mouth, especially when you are indoors with people who don’t live with you
  • Keep your distance – try to stay 6 feet away from others when in public
  • Lather up – wash your hands often with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
