Looking to the Future

LA Health Services is committed to making the solicitation and proposal process more accessible. To support continued collaboration and help vendors better prepare for upcoming opportunities, LA Health Services has decided to publicly share anticipated solicitations and estimated release timelines – the page will be updated periodically. The following opportunities are expected to be released in the quarters listed below. Please note that these dates are estimates and are subject to change.

As you prepare, use this time to gather and maintain the following information to strengthen future proposal submissions:

• Register: as a vendor with the County of Los Angeles.
• Document your projects: Keep track of completed projects and collect examples of high-quality work, successful project implementation, and positive client/customer feedback etc. that can be highlighted in future proposals.
• Maintain relationships: Stay connected with your clients/customers continue maintaining strong relationships with them as you may select them to be your references.
• Keep organizational documents current: Regularly review and update key organizational documents, such as financial statements, licenses, insurance policies, etc., to ensure they are accurate and ready for proposal submissions.
