LA Health Services (DHS) is part of a Countywide effort to help individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease, dementia, autism and other cognitive disorders who are mobile, find their way home if they should wander and get lost. LA Found is disseminating free tracking devices to individuals throughout the County in September. These are excellent opportunities to learn more about the program, see if your loved one qualifies for a tracking device, and obtain invaluable information on other vital community resources available to support this vulnerable population and those who care for them.
