Who We Are – Health Center

West Valley Health Center is  part of the San Fernando Valley Health Center Group under the Ambulatory Care Network in Health Services.

We are co-located with the Department of Mental Health. Services are delivered in a safe, patient-centered environment that is accessible to the entire western part of the San Fernando Valley Communities.
