High Desert Regional Health Center

Patient Services

Primary care services at High Desert Regional Health Center (HDRHC) include adult, pediatrics and women’s health. Primary Care services are provided through the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model where the same medical home team members coordinate your care regardless of the setting. Urgent Care services are available from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight seven days per week. HDRHC also provides medical and surgical specialty care, including outpatient surgery. Laboratory, radiology and pharmacy services are located on-site, as well as other ancillary diagnostic and treatment services.

On the recommendation of your primary care provider, you may be referred to a specialist, such as a cardiologist, urologist or dermatologist, for treatment when you have a serious medical condition. For example, if you have a heart condition, you might be referred to a cardiologist. For a foot problem, you may be referred to a podiatrist. These specialists work with your primary care medical home provider to manage your care and make sure you get the treatment you need.
