Welcome to San Fernando Health Center, your comprehensive health center serving the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas. We are eager to serve you as our patient at LA Health Services. As part of LA Health Services, we provide accessible primary care, behavioral health support, and essential diagnostic services. While some specialty or advanced services may not be offered onsite, you have full access to our countywide network of clinics, hospitals, urgent care centers, mental health providers, and specialists.

We are a health system with over 1,000 doctors across more than 20 clinics and four hospitals to serve you.
