Our center is named after H. Claude Hudson, a civil rights leader, doctor, and strong supporter of health equity. We honor his legacy by providing care that is kind, respectful, and easy to access.
We are excited to care for you as a patient of LA Health Services. At Hudson CHC, we offer many services in one place, including primary care, urgent care, mental health support, diagnostic services, and several specialty clinics. If you need care we don’t have here, we’ll help you get it at another LA Health Services clinic or hospital close by.

Same-day urgent care appointments are given in person on a first-come, first-serve basis. We regret that there are only a limited number of appointments each day. Please bring copies of your photo ID and your current medications.
Self- scheduling for urgent care, prenatal intake, and the flu express clinics are available through the LA Health Portal.
