Your medical home is the place where a dedicated team of healthcare professionals meet your day-to-day health and wellness needs. Your medical home is part of a larger network of specialists, hospitals, emergency departments, and urgent care centers that provide you access to some of the best health care in our region.

Los Angeles General Medical Center is committed to providing you with the best care possible. If you have a concern regarding your care, please contact your nurse or physician.
If the concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the Patient Experience Department at (323) 409-8523. Our office is open Monday – Friday, 8:00A.M. to 5:00P.M.
If your call is after business hours, please leave a message and your call will be returned on the next business day. A Patient Experience Representative will make every effort to resolve your concern to your satisfaction.
