Enhanced Trauma Access is for expansion of access to trauma services through air trauma transport. Public Health coordinates and undertakes bioterrorism preparedness activities and addresses the medical needs of people exposed to bioterrorist or chemical attacks. Emergency Medical Services is for the administration and coordination of trauma and emergency services. Administrative Costs pertain to expenses incurred in the assessment, collection and accounting of tax revenues.
