GME Verifications
To Verify Residency & Fellowship Training
The GME office does NOT process training verifications. Verification of residency or fellowship training must be sent directly to the training program directly. Please use the link below to access our training programs.
Verification of internship training from our previous Transitional Year program must be sent to Alice Alves (AAlves@dhs.lacounty.gov). Please allow 10-15 business days for a response.
Malpractice/Certificate of Insurance Verification
Fax or email the following requests for Harbor-UCLA housestaff to the Medical Staff Office:
