Your medical home is the place where a dedicated team of health care professionals meet your day-to-day health and wellness needs. Your Medical Home is part of a larger network of specialists, hospitals, emergency departments, and urgent care centers that together provide you access to some of the best health care in our region.

Olive View-UCLA Medical Center is committed to providing you with the best care possible.  If you have a concern regarding your care, please contact your nurse or physician.

If the concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact our Patient Service Center Department at (747) 210-3800.  Our office is located on the second floor in Room2D101 and open Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

If your call is after business hours, please leave a message and your call will be returned on the next business day.  A Patient Service Representative will make every effort to resolve your concern to your satisfaction.
