Welcome to MAMA’s Neighborhood – a Strong Start For Families!

You’re Pregnant! We are excited that you are interested in MAMA’s Neighborhood for prenatal care and comprehensive healthcare services. From first-time moms to mothers of multiple children, our mother-centered model is an innovative approach to prenatal care and health coordination to help babies be born at full term, healthy birth weight, and continue on the pathway of healthy outcomes.

During this special time in your life, there is much preparation, questions to be answered and to-do lists to complete. We invite you to contact us to learn more about what to expect during pregnancy and how our program can help you have the happiest and healthiest experience possible.

Best of all, the program is at NO COST to you!

As a MAMA’s Neighborhood participant, you can access all the program offers during each stage of pregnancy. We offer a variety of services including affordable health care, individualized care coordination, prenatal classes, breastfeeding consultations, hospital tours, and more!

Who is Eligible?

You are eligible to join MAMA’s Neighborhood when you are enrolled as a prenatal patient with  Health Services. We will follow you through your pregnancy up to one year postpartum. You will then be connected to a Health Services women’s health provider and pediatrician for both you and your baby to continue your medical care.

MAMA’s Neighborhood is dedicated to supporting you throughout your prenatal and postpartum care.

If you are a current Health Services patient, talk to your provider about whether MAMA’s Neighborhood is right for you. If you are not a current Health Services patient, call 844-37-MAMAS or visit one of the clinics below where staff will help you determine if you are eligible for MAMA’s Neighborhood and other health coverage programs.
