Whole Person Care-Los Angeles

Whole Person Care (WPC) is a program that helps Medi-Cal enrollees get health and social services. The program is for individuals who are homeless, justice-involved, have substance use disorder, serious mental illness, complex health issues or barriers to healthy pregnancy. The program is ending December 31, 2021. Many enrollees will keep getting the same services through the Department of Health Services or through a new State program called CalAIM that starts in January 2022.
