Services are delivered in a safe, patient-centered environment.<\/p>\n<p>SVHC provides primary care for adults and children. Through its patient-centered medical home model, patients are seen by the same team of healthcare professionals to support your health and wellness needs. Urgent Care, laboratory and x-ray services are also available at SVHC.<\/p>\n<p>Your Medical Home is part of a larger network of hospitals, emergency departments, urgent care centers, behavioral health providers, and specialists in Los Angeles County.
