work activities to identify a reasonable work goal.\u00a0 Clients will learn about community resources and job hunting strategies for next steps after the program<\/span><span Shop provides an opportunity for those who have completed any of the above therapy programs to gain real work skills and experience in an actual work environment.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Individuals who work here learn the basics of kitchen safety, food preparation, dishwashing, sanitization, cashiering, inventory, stocki<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ng, and customer service while\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">receiving a pay check.\u00a0 Handmade items produced by clients in the Rancho Work<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0therapy program are sold in the\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">G<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ift\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">S<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hop.\u00a0 Workers increase their confidence and skills with the goal of transitioning to
