The Patient Advocate serves a vital function by providing<\/span>\u00a0patients an opportunity to have their voices heard.\u00a0<\/span>The office works closely with each department, sharing positive feedback and areas for improvement to hospital leadership.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Patient A<\/span>dvocacy office\u00a0<\/span>also\u00a0<\/span>serves as a liaison with the community\u00a0<\/span>to identify and develop<\/span>\u00a0resources\u00a0<\/span>to help bridge the gap\u00a0<\/span>for\u00a0<\/span>our patients.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>R<\/span>eferrals are made to social welfare p<\/span>rograms and community resources.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
