Effective January 7, 2027, these services will relocate from their current location at the Harbor\u2013UCLA Family Medicine\/Family Health Center, 1403 W. Lomita Blvd., 2nd Floor, Harbor City, CA, 90710, to the Harbor\u2013UCLA main medical campus at 1000 W. Carson St., Torrance, CA, 90205, as set forth in the attachments to this notice, which are incorporated herein by this reference.<\/p>\n<p>On September 9, 2026, Harbor\u2013UCLA celebrated the opening of its new, state-of-the-art Clinic Building. This new facility represents an important investment in our patients, our workforce, and the communities we serve in the South Bay. By bringing more outpatient and support services together in one place, patients can more easily access the care they need.<\/p>\n<p>All Family Medicine Primary Care services currently available to our patients will continue at the new, state-of-the-art location. Bringing these services onto the Harbor\u2013UCLA medical campus will give patients more convenient access to other important services, including radiology, pharmacy, laboratory, and rehabilitation services.
