Services The Human Resources Division provides services to the Department through the following core divisions/units: Diversity Employee Relations On-Site Facility Support Payroll and Benefits Performance Management and Advocacy Recruitment & Examinations Regulatory Compliance

Training and Organizational Development: The Compliance Support Section develops and assists with the development of department-wide policies and procedures, legislative review, orientation handbook development, and audit follow-up reporting and analysis. The Training and Organizational Development Section is responsible for reviewing and addressing the comprehensive mandatory training needs of Health Services employees on a Department-wide basis.

Personnel Services provides necessary tools and guidance to Hiring Managers to fill vacancies with the BEST QUALIFIED candidates for the organization, ensuring that every appointment made is within the established guidelines of the Civil Service Rules and County Code.
