Health Services offers employees opportunities to enhance their professional skills through a variety of professional development opportunities.\u00a0 Some of the programs offered at Health Services are highlighted below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leadership Development Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LA Health Services Leadership Development Program (LDP) is the organization\u2019s enterprise leadership development program for all team leaders in service of our mission to advance the health of our patients and communities by providing extraordinary care.\u00a0 LDP is dedicated to the work of advancing cultural transformation through our leaders, providing them with the valuable mindsets, skills, techniques and community support to foster a culture where people come first.<\/p>\n<p>LDP offers a variety of programs for all LA Health Services team leaders, focused on mindsets and behaviors integral to transformational leadership. Our offerings include a blend of in-person and online learning experiences, an engaged alumni community of Health Services leaders, and extensive resources to support team leaders in applying what they learned back on the job successfully.
