Chemotherapy Re-certification Program – Adult Didactic

This program is an annual mandatory requirement for the Registered Nurse to maintain chemotherapy certification. This program includes new FDA-approved chemotherapy drugs, new research drugs presently being used at LA General Medical Center and review/update of Medical Center Chemotherapy policy and procedures for extravasation management and safe handling and administration of antineoplastic and antiviral drugs.
