Flu season is coming.  This will be the first winter where COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted in most areas of the country. In addition, several infectious disease and public health experts are expecting an abnormally severe flu season due to low flu rates in prior years. Please ensure that your My Health LA participants are getting vaccinated early!

In response, Los Angeles County is strongly advocating for preventative measures and vaccinations. Los Angeles County is offering free or reduced cost flu vaccines in many locations throughout the County. Los Angeles County Health Services is offering flu vaccinations by appointment at various clinics and health centers; their locations are available here.
