As a reminder, Community Partners are required to submit a monthly Mental Health Prevention Service (MHPS) discharge report by the 15th of the following month. The first discharge report for January was due on February 15th, and we only received reports from 6 clinics. We understand that not all clinics will be submitting discharges reports every month, therefore we would appreciate if you can email and let us know when you have no discharges for previous month. This will help DMH know that we received all the reports, and they will be able to aggregate that month’s data. Please refer to the revised PIN 22-01 Mental Health Prevention Services, Attachment II and Attachment VII for complete information.
