Requesting Services

Requesting services is easy. You can let our staff know your preferred language at any time, for example:
- When making an appointment.
- When checking in to your appointment.
- During your doctor visit.
- When being discharged.
- When picking up or dropping of medications.
If you need help in your language or need aids and services for people with disabilities, like documents in braille and large print, call the facility where you get your healthcare from the phone numbers listed below. These services are free of charge.
