LA Health Services is committed to helping our patients get coverage through Medi-Cal or providing financial assistance to patients through our Charity Care program (LA County No-Cost/Low-Cost programs). Our Patient Financial Services staff are available to help you apply, answer your questions or assist you with paying your bill. Most locations are open Monday through Friday between 8:00am – 4:00pm:

Your medical home is the place where a dedicated team of health care professionals meet your day-to-day health and wellness needs. Your Medical Home is part of a larger network of specialists, hospitals, emergency departments, and urgent care centers that together provide you access to some of the best health care in our region.
We offer general adult, pediatric and family medicine medical homes as well as specialized medical homes for women, older adults, and patients with certain medical conditions like Positive Care/HIV or disabilities.
