Below is information about the program, and a list of required application materials. Our training program participates in the NRMP match and only accept the ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service) applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SELECTION PROCESS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our program receives a large number of application inquiries, so we will not be able to interview all of the qualified individuals.<\/p>\n<p>We look forward to reviewing your application. We will accept applications until December 1, 2024 for a residency position beginning on July 1, 2025. \u00a0Virtual Interviews of applicants will be scheduled starting in October 2024 through January 2025. \u00a0Thank you again for your interest in our residency program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED APPLICATION MATERIALS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Application through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS)<\/p>\n<p>Personal statement<\/p>\n<p>Curriculum Vitae<\/p>\n<p>Photograph<\/p>\n<p>Letters of recommendation (3)<\/p>\n<p>USMLE\/COMLEX transcript\/scores 1,2 (3 if available)<\/p>\n<p>Dean\u2019s Letter\/MSPE<\/p>\n<p>Medical School Transcript<\/p>\n<p><strong>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR IMGs:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ECFMG certificate<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acceptable Visa Types:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Harbor-UCLA Medical Center only accepts J1 visas sponsored by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates-Exchange Sponsorship Program (ECFMG).
