Applicant Interview Day Information
For Our Applicants
We select applicants to interview on a rolling basis thus we encourage you not to wait until the deadline to apply to our program.
We are looking forward to meeting you virtually this 2025-2026 interview season. Our interviews are on Fridays.
Applicants can take either USMLE Step or COMLEX exams
Requirements:
- Applications must submit 3 letters of recommendations (2 neurology LOR Required)
- Applicants must submit their application via ERAS
- Applicants who are not U.S. citizens or residents will need a J-1 sponsored visa

| 10:00-12:00 | Interviews (Three interviews: each applicant will interview with two faculty as well as the Program Director) |
| 12:00-1:00 | Meet/Greet with residents |
| 1:00-2:30 | Remaining interviews for a couple interviewees |

We match 5 positions every year.
You will need to use Microsoft teams for the 8:00-9:00 neuroradiology conference and Zoom for the rest of the day.
You will be emailed your interview schedule with the faculty 3-4 days before your interview day
Yes, you need to have your video on for all of the meetings except you do not have to have video on for 8:00 am neuroradiology conference
Call our residency program coordinator at (424) 306-7659 if the zoom link does not work. Before your interview day, you will be given phone numbers for the faculty interviewers in the event there is an issue with zoom.
