Duration of Fellowship:
1 year (11 months and 1-month vacation)

• Curriculum Vitae
• 2 Letters of Recommendation
• USMLE Transcript (copy is acceptable)
• Personal Statement expressing interest in Trauma Anesthesiology Fellowship
Special Requirements:
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
• California State Medical license
• DEA license
Annual Salary:
• $75,244.44 approximately
• Additional income can be earned by working Anesthesia shifts within the hospital
