TARGET AUDIENCE: LVN interested in becoming IV & blood withdrawal certified

FEE: Free to all Los Angeles County employees

CE Credit: This class is approved for 36 hours of continuing education credits. Attendance for the entire session is mandatory for certification. There are no makeup classes.

CLASS REGISTRATION: Obtain a Training/Class Application form by going to:

Email the completed application with supervisor’s signature at least one (1) week prior tocourse to: (mailto:CollegeofNursing@dhs.lacounty.gov) CollegeofNursing@dhs.lacounty.gov

NEW: The Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians requires a $20 certification fee for each participant.
Fee will be collected the last day of training. Checks must be made payable to the ?BVNPT?.
